What is included in the Mealey's Online database?
All of Mealey's titles are available through Mealey's Online. You will have immediate access to current issues the day they are published as well as an editorial archive of all titles from 1990. Mealey's Insurance and Insurance Insolvency reports are available back to 1984 and 1989 respectively. All documents -- published and advertised -- are available from April 2002 to date.
How can I search the database?
You can conduct keyword searches or search by Mealey document number.
How often is Mealey's Online updated?
Publications are updated on the same schedule as the print versions, so different publications are being updated each day.
How quickly is each issue uploaded?
Your issue is uploaded within hours of being completed by Mealey's editorial and production departments.
Are court documents available online?
Yes. Starting with April 2002, all documents you see in the print product PLUS all additional documents we don't have room for in our print product are included in Mealey's Online. They are in PDF files that require Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0, which maybe downloaded for free by clicking the Download Acrobat button on the sidebar menu, or directly from www.adobe.com.
Do I need any software to access documents online?
You need Internet access and Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0, which may be downloaded for free by clicking the Download Acrobat button on the sidebar menu, or directly from www.adobe.com.
Where can I get help with the Adobe Reader?
You can get support directly from Adobe's Reader Support site.
Can I print articles and documents?

Can I pay per view?
Yes. You may search all Mealey products and review the headline results at no charge. You will need to use your credit card. Articles are $25 each; court documents are $35.

Yes. The benefit of registering is that it allows you to return at any time and view items you have previously purchased.
How do I create a Mealey's Online username and password?
You can create a username and password by clicking on the Login/Register link at any time. You will then be prompted to provide us with some registration information as well as create your ID and password.

At present, you do not have to register to simply search. You must register to purchase.
Do I create my own user name and password?
Yes. You will choose your user name and password when you complete the registration form.
How many user names do I get?
Only one user name & password is registered per person.

Yes, your Mealey's Online username and password can be used on both lexisONE and LexisNexis Bookstore.

Yes. You can access this site from any place that has an internet connection.
Can I search all publications at once?
Yes, you can search all Mealey products at once or choose to search a specific title.
